5 Reasons to Skip Your Workout

Sometimes a good sweat session is just what the doctor ordered: The exercise has been shown to help relieve menstrual cramps, joint pain, headaches, stress and depression, for starters. But if you're not up to your workout, your body may be trying to tell you need a break. Here are five reasons supported science to give up (today).

Something that hurts
